================================================================================

In the promotional video Andy is seen playing a 12-string electric guitar.
His chord fingerings in the VERSE confirm an altered tuning is used.

                      F#m7  Emaj9
                   E|--0------0--|
down whole step -> A|--7------9--|
                   G|--6------8--|
                   D|--7------9--|
  up whole step -> B|--7------9--|
                   E|--0------0--|

However, in other parts of the song his fingerings don't match this tuning.
Perhaps he is miming different sections from several guitar parts but the
muddy mono VHS source is difficult to analyse.

The suggested voicings mimic the sound of the recording in standard tuning.
With the exception of the D-chord they also match Andy's hand positions
(where they could be seen).
More familiar fingerings are possible but they lose the low thirds.

CHORDS:
   Esus2/4  Eadd9  F#m7  Emaj9  B   E  Emaj7  Em7  A  Am7  D   Bm  Am9  A/B
E|-------------------0-----0----7---0----0-----0---0---0---2---7----7----0--|
B|-------------------x*----7----7---0----0-----0---5---5---3---7----8----5--|
G|---9--------11-----6-----8----8---9----8-----7---6---5---2---7----9----6--|
D|---7--------9------7-----6----9---6----6-----5---7---5---4---0----10---7--|
A|---9--------11-----9-----7----9---7----7-----7---0---0---5---x----0----x--|
E|---0--------0-----(7)**--0----7---0----0-----0---------------7---------7--|

* Okay to let open 2nd-string ring - adds a nice 11th which
   appears anyway when the bass shifts to B
** Thumb can play alternate bass note on 2+

Bass-line implies a ii-V progression:
   F#m7  B11
   1 + 2 + 3   4
G|-----------------|
D|-----------------|
A|-----------------|
E|-2-4-5-7---------|

Slide guitar part playing high C# and D# notes in the INTRO makes the
opening chords the same as the VERSE.
