Just wondering if the chord played as "C" when the lyric reads "Upside"
should actually be an Emin?
I haven't heard the song enough times, but it sound more correct.

the "C" still sounds right to me.

I think markpytko nailed it. And the walk ups from G to C would be easier wouldn' it.
Anyway if your playing it, who other than you and who ever wrote it is gonna know..:-)
