** Open-strings passing-chord occurs on Beat-4 of Dm7 and Am in VERSE
as the left-hand shifts up the neck for the distinctive Dm7 voicing.

String arrangement adds seventh to G-chord and A-chord.
Bass emphasises third in D-chords at end of BRIDGE.

There are several chord substitutions distinguishing this arrangement
from the swing-era versions but more significantly there is a change
to the structure. The tonic-seventh (C7) is normally the first chord
of the BRIDGE but here it is used as a pick-up with the new section
beginning on the IV-chord (F). This alters the phrasing of the melody
and shortens the bridge to fifteen bars.

Additional lyrics before the TAG have been confirmed by Gary as a
message to his girlfriend at the time of the recording.
